Our promise

Every Auto Writer AI plan comes with a 7-day free trial, so you can test the plugin on your own website before you pay. For paid plans we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the plugin does not work as described and our support team cannot fix it.

When you can get a refund

• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase (7 days for monthly plans).
• The plugin has a technical problem that stops it working as described, and we could not solve it after you contacted support.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

When refunds are not available

• After the refund period has passed.
• You changed your mind after using the plan (for example after generating articles or submitting URLs) — please use the free trial or free version to test first.
• The issue is caused by your hosting, another plugin/theme, or third-party service limits (for example Google API quotas or AI provider limits) that are outside our control.
• The license was used in breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. shared or resold keys).
• Free trials and the free version (nothing was charged).

How to request a refund

Email info@bwpexperts.com or use our contact form with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will reply as soon as possible. Our team may ask for details or temporary access to help fix the issue first.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear. When a refund is issued, the related license key is deactivated.

Upgrades & plan changes

Want a bigger plan instead of a refund? Contact us — we can often move you to the right plan so you only pay the difference.
